I hope everyone is having a great weekend…resting your body and gearing up for a great week of classes! The 1st challenge of the week is for the mind…and your body will follow. I challenge you to state a positive affirmation (at least 3x in a row, 5 x a day). Try stating one before you get out of bed, again before leaving the house, maybe before a business meeting or a workout, while facing adversity, during any quiet moment in your day, and before going to bed at night. Choose from the affirmations below or use your own. It will change your outlook on life and your abilities tremendously.
